Polyester-Reinforced Butyl Seam-Tape
This seam tape is the ideal solution for sealing just about any kind of seams (horizontal, vertical, wall, rake, penetration, etc.). It is comprised of two components, a densely woven polyester fabric (not a mesh) on one side and an extremely sticky butyl-rubber adhesive on the other side. The polyester weave is designed so that it can stretch horizontally with building movement (prolonging the life of the repairs). This material is applied prior to the application of the acrylic patching cement.

Acrylic Patching Cement
The acrylic patching cement is in our opinion the best roof sealant on the market. Because it is a pure acrylic based product (similar to the Elastomeric Coating, but thicker), it has the ability to stretch as the building moves, making it the sealant of choice for repair durability. Furthermore, because of it’s ability to reflect 90% of the sun’s heat, it takes on average 5-8 years to crack whereas most sealants crack in the first year.
