The flexibility of our products – Leak Service, Waterproof System, and Coating Systems – allows us to easily customize work packages based on what roof problems are most important to solve.  Systems can be broken up into parts with minimal additional cost, unlike all or nothing roof replacement systems.

Example:  The customer’s roof is older but not yet rusted.  Leaks are persistant throughout many parts of the facility.  The customer’s budget is really tight this year but will be more promising in a year or two.

Solution:  Install the 8-Year Waterproof System now to eliminate leaks and a Coating System down the road.  This will buy a 5-year leak-warrantied environment, time to get in better financial position and eventually coat.
